目前 File 插件只有构建元数据耗时日志输出，暂无其他日志输出。

OpenTelemetry 可以将 tracing 数据导出到任意 OTLP 接收端，例如 Jaeger、Zipkin。

Zipkin 不接收 OTLP，需要使用 ghcr.io/openzipkin-contrib/zipkin-otel，它在 9411 端口接收 OTLP/HTTP。
